# POS Integrations

> Connect the point of sale or payment system you already use

Connecting your POS is the first step for every Vero product. Your catalog and sales flow into Vero, where they power [Pricing Intelligence](https://docs.veromerchants.com/products/pricing-intelligence.md), [Customer Insights](https://docs.veromerchants.com/products/customer-insights.md) and the storefront on your [AI Builder](https://docs.veromerchants.com/products/ai-builder.md) site. Nothing changes at your checkout.

Every connection also includes [digital receipts](https://docs.veromerchants.com/digital-receipts/overview.md): an encrypted, itemized copy of each receipt sent to your customers' banking apps, which helps reduce chargebacks and friendly fraud.

## How to Connect

**1. Log in to your dashboard**

Sign in to your [Vero merchant dashboard](https://app.veroreceipts.com/auth/login?returnTo=%2Fmerchant-dashboard) and go to **Integrations**. You need admin access to your POS account.

**2. Connect your POS**

Click **Connect** on your system's card and approve Vero's read-only access. Each guide above walks through the screens.

**3. Start syncing**

Your catalog and sales start syncing to Vero, and digital receipts go out automatically. Connect each location separately if your POS treats them as separate accounts.
